Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot telecommunications equipment from the demarc to the customer site.
• Perform routine maintenance on RF, analog, microwave, fiber optic, and AC/DC components.
• Refer problems between demarc and headend to network technicians.
• Communicate with customers on-site and present additional service offerings.
• Assist senior technicians and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure safe vehicle operation and basic truck stock management.
• Prepare and complete work orders and documentation.
