IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United States to install, maintain, and troubleshoot gaming equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and networked systems and communicate findings clearly to customers.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll plan daily work, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability. A strong background in troubleshooting and MS Office is required, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred.
• 2–5 years in a customer-facing technician role.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, product platforms, and networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on service matters.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Plan daily work for site installations, maintenance and support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and site surveys for new orders.
• Track parts usage and maintain inventory records.
• Complete service reports and paperwork on time.
• Support fellow technicians and internal teams as needed.
