International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across Saint Louis, MO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and working independently in the field.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role.
Background in ATM, slot machine, cable, telecommunications, or similar field service work preferred.
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment, ensuring systems are operating efficiently.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes and resolve problems.
Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys for new and existing equipment.
Serve as the primary customer contact during service visits, delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner.
Travel throughout Saint Louis, MO, including overnight stays when needed; participate in an on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks.
