Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer in Houston. You will receive hands-on, on-the-job training while supporting UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites, building strong technical and customer-facing skills with growth into senior roles.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical degrees, fluent in English, and willing to travel extensively (80%+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all customer sites.
• Travel regionally and occasionally nationwide for field assignments.
