You will promote supplemental insurance products, build your own portfolio, and work towards monthly and quarterly targets while enjoying structured training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and propose solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily sales activity.
