Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level sales professional for an outside direct-sales role in Missouri. You will meet business owners and decision-makers, promoting supplemental insurance products and services to businesses and their employees.

Training is provided to help newcomers succeed in a competitive market. You will target small and medium-sized businesses, interact with owners, benefits managers, and employees, and may present to groups of 50–100+.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and re‑service clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
