Apollo, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Field Engineer to join the project team on-site. You will manage material inventory, perform daily data entry, and ensure accurate material tracking to support project schedules.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional building a foundation in field operations, construction management, or engineering logistics, with Excel proficiency and hands-on site exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a high comfort level learning new digital data systems.

Responsibilities

• Material Inventory Management: oversee daily arrivals, counts, verify against PO, report discrepancies.
• Daily Data Entry: maintain project logs, record equipment hours, labor, and site conditions.
• Material Tracking: monitor lifecycle from delivery to installation to keep crews stocked.
• Field Support: assist PM and Superintendent with bulk inventory at on-site locations and prep for upcoming work.
