Holder Construction Group seeks an entry-level Office Engineer to join our Operations team on a project site in Ohio. This full-time, in-person role supports on-site trade coordination, material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, and cost and design issue management.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering field, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field is required.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills, computer skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site trades and manage material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, and support cost/design issue management.
• Read and interpret Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
• Assist in overall trade management with exposure to BIM.
