Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and related production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
• Conduct equipment repairs, adjustments, and calibrations for optimal machine performance.
• Maintain and repair facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Partner with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term actions.
• Coordinate and manage third-party service vendors for repairs and projects.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of:

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Forklift certification or previous experience operating material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other maintenance equipment.
• Must be able to work around moving machinery and equipment while following all safety protocols.
