Job summary

Cornell Pump in Clackamas, Oregon is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to service and maintain CNC equipment on a day shift. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a history of repairing CNC machines in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Willingness to participate in on-call maintenance and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment and related machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and production equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures and implement fixes.
Calibrate and adjust equipment to optimize performance.
Maintain facility systems (electrical, plumbing, general infrastructure).
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and manage work orders.
