Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building construction or plumbing.
• 1-2 years of related facility maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 1+ year experience using CMMS.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain it.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of building systems.
• Support installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Review and update work orders in the CMMS.
• Inspect facilities for safety and operational issues and address them promptly.
• Maintain safety and professional appearance while on site.
