Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED, generally less than 2 years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on furniture and HVAC.
• Clean exterior areas and grounds; assist with waste pickup and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment; follow safety rules and proper chemical handling.
• Support safety programs and adhere to health procedures.
• Assist manager with supplies and other duties; overtime may be required.
