Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and organization of various events
- Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary supplies and services
- Support the setup and breakdown of events on-site
- Manage attendee registration and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain event documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete
- Contribute to marketing efforts to promote events and increase attendance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and positive attitude toward teamwork
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools
