Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of various events
• Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary supplies and services
• Support the setup and breakdown of events on-site
• Manage attendee registration and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain event documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete
• Contribute to marketing efforts to promote events and increase attendance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive and positive attitude toward teamwork
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools
