Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking an entry-level Marketing & Events representative to join our team. You will attend events, campaigns, and conferences, sharing knowledge about our products and services with clients and guests.

The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, a pleasant outgoing personality, and scheduling flexibility with Monday–Thursday availability. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic event environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Attend events, campaigns, and conferences for Live! Casino & Hotel.
• Share product knowledge with clients and guests.
• Set up and break down event spaces as directed.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and assist with promotions.
• Track and redeem promotional items and process guest data.
• Provide detailed post-event reports to supervisor.
• Support all marketing programs from start to finish.
