Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking bilingual Asian event representatives for on-site events and promotions. You will engage guests, handle inquiries, and support promotional activities with a professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes flexibility, event planning, and strong customer service, with training on promotional systems and promotions execution. This is an entry-level marketing/event planning position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or five years equivalent professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred.
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
• Bilingual in Korean or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on promotional systems as directed by supervisor.
• Oversee setup/breakdown for events & promotions.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer all customer inquiries.
• Responsible for promotional inventory day of execution.
• Record customer information within the program database.
• Ensure items given to guests are redeemed and accounted for on guest accounts.
• Assist and troubleshoot issues at promotional kiosks during promotions.
• Give detailed report to supervisor on strengths/opportunities from events.
• Ensure all marketing programs succeed from start to finish.
• Offer support and solutions per customer service policies.
