Hollywood Casino & Hotel is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage promotions, events, and retail campaigns in a fast-paced casino environment. This role supports VIP events, coordinates with internal teams and external vendors, and ensures promotional activities align with brand standards and compliance.

The position emphasizes guest experience, professional presentation, and the ability to adapt to a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Associates degree in marketing, finance or related area or equivalent.
• One year of related marketing experience preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and external/vendor communication skills.
• Flexible to varied work schedule.
• Physical stamina to stand and move around the property during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate diverse marketing functions, including promotions and events, and develop support materials such as collateral and signage.
• Support development and execution of retail promotions, direct mail campaigns, and events targeting retail audiences.
• Plan and execute VIP events with internal teams and external vendors; ensure promotions run smoothly and dress code is followed.
• Collaborate to create unique guest experiences and stay updated on industry trends and competitive promotions.
• Ensure promotions and events are compliant with procedures; maintain promotional inventory and documentation.
• Prepare monthly marketing overviews and communicate with internal departments to align on promotions.
