Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Environmental Engineer to join our Water Services Group in the United States. You will assist in designing and implementing water and wastewater facilities, sewers, pipelines and related infrastructure under supervision.

You will help ensure designs meet client specs and regulatory standards through site assessments and modeling. Opportunities include fieldwork supporting construction management, preparing technical documents, and giving client presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering with related experience is acceptable.
• Experience with CAD tools, design principles and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of water and wastewater facilities, sewers and pipelines.
• Ensure designs meet client specs and regulatory standards; contribute to reports and presentations.
