kW Engineering, Inc. is seeking an Engineer to support energy efficiency projects through data analysis, field verification, and technical assessments.

Under supervision, you will assist with planning, basic engineering calculations related to energy use and savings, and develop skills through hands-on project experience. You will participate in site visits, document equipment, identify energy-saving opportunities, and contribute to audits and analyses that inform program development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or related work a plus).
• Interest in building systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• Basic understanding of relationships between energy use.

Aufgaben

• Assist in analyzing energy use and identifying trends or patterns related to weather, occupancy, and operational variables.
• Support energy engineers in evaluating building performance, including HVAC, lighting, and controls systems.
• Contribute to energy audits and field assessments by gathering data, performing basic calculations, and documenting findings.
• Help review standardized analysis outputs for accuracy, under supervision.
• Participate in site visits and interact professionally with clients and on-site personnel under guidance.
• Learn and apply company tools, methods, and best practices in energy efficiency projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.
