Partner Energy is seeking an Energy Engineer II to support energy audits, modeling, and analysis for a range of real estate and facilities projects. You will work with engineering staff to conduct ASHRAE-aligned surveys, perform energy modeling, and help prepare technical reports.

The role involves field inspections, feasibility studies for renewable energy, and contributing to project budgeting and scheduling while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in energy efficiency and/or performance contracting, or Master’s degree in Engineering and 1 year of related experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) is a plus.
• 1 year of experience using energy modeling programs such as eQuest, EnergyPro and/or EnergyPlus.
• 1 year of experience conducting energy analyses of building systems, including HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, variable speed drive applications.

Responsabilités

• Conduct level I, II, III energy audits per ASHRAE standards and whole-building energy modeling.
• Feasibility analyses of renewable energy generation projects for real estate applications.
• Write, review, and edit technical reports.
• Perform field inspections and functional performance tests.
• Manage a small portfolio of projects on time and on budget; monitor budgets and schedules; QC and reporting.
