Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an entry-level technician to perform repairs and final quality inspections on Endoscopic units. You will work to meet monthly repair targets while following safety policies.

The role requires a HS diploma, electronic or mechanical certification preferred, and ability to read specs, troubleshoot, and communicate with colleagues. No travel is required; on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency required.
• Electronics or mechanical certification preferred.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Able to communicate with co-workers and internal customers.
• Able to investigate discrepancies.
• Ability to research and analyze information.
• Ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret essential job-related documents.
• Ability to calculate and match figures.

Responsibilities

• Repair core G/I (Endoscopic) equipment based on inspector findings.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Assemble and disassemble small highly delicate parts of the endoscope to meet specifications.
• Perform final quality inspection against manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot potential problems not found during initial inspection.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a neat, clean work area.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with FDA/ISO requirements.
• Reach monthly targets on a consistent basis.
