Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an entry-level technician to repair and inspect Endoscopic units, ensuring monthly targets are met while following safety policies and procedures.

The role requires HS Diploma or equivalent, with electronic/ mechanical certification preferred. Soldering and troubleshooting skills are advantageous, and strong communication with colleagues and internal customers is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency required.
• Electronic or mechanical certification/degree preferred but repair experience considered.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Able to communicate with coworkers and internal customers.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs on core G/I (Endoscopic) equipment based on the Incoming Inspector's findings.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Assemble and disassemble small highly delicate parts of the endoscope ensuring unit meets specifications.
• Perform final quality inspection before passing to QC.
• Troubleshoot potential problems not found during initial inspection.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to safety policies and FDA/ISO requirements.
• Meet monthly repair targets.
• No travel required.
