Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Endoscopic Repair Technician/Associate Trainer to perform hands-on repairs and to support the training function across the US. You will diagnose, repair, and test endoscopic equipment while coaching technicians and conducting service audits.

Requires a HS diploma, electronic/mechanical certification, and at least 2 years’ experience in endoscopic repair or related medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Clear and effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to present, speak professionally, and provide actionable feedback to learners.
• Aptitude for instructional coaching and delivering training reliably.

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopic repair duties including minor and overhaul repairs.
• Assist with training, coaching, and audits across distributor locations in the US.
• Travel to Japan or other locations for training on new products when needed.
