Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation in the United States seeks an entry-level Endoscopic Repair Technician to perform technical repairs and final quality inspections on assigned endoscopic units.

You will work to meet monthly repair targets while adhering to safety policies and ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations in a dynamic, flexible environment that supports growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency required.
• Electronic and/or Mechanical Certification or degree preferred, but repair experience in electronics/medical devices considered.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Able to communicate professionally with coworkers and internal customers.
• Able to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret essential documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs on core G/I (Endoscopic) equipment based on Incoming Inspector findings.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Assemble and disassemble small delicate parts of the endoscope to meet specifications.
• Perform final quality inspection to ensure product meets original specifications.
• Troubleshoot potential problems not found during initial inspection.
• Operate equipment safely, keep a clean work area, and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Adhere to safety policies and comply with FDA/ISO requirements.
• Reach monthly targets on a consistent basis.
