Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Endoscopic Repair Technician/Associate Trainer to perform hands-on repairs and to support the training function across the US. The role combines technical work with coaching, audits, and guidance to Repair technicians while ensuring adherence to safety policies and repair procedures.

The position requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, with electronic/mechanical certifications preferred, and involves travel for training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Endoscopic Repair or related medical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to train and coach technicians effectively.
• Ability to travel to training sites, including abroad as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and overhaul repairs on endoscopic equipment based on inspection findings.
• Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test and adjust as needed.
• Assemble/disassemble small delicate parts to meet specifications.
• Comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support training function with basic training, coaching, and audits.
• Travel to Japan or other locations for training as required.
