Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Entry-Level System Support Specialist to join the NASA End-user Services and Technologies (NEST) contract. The role focuses on delivering end-user computing device services, including setup of mobile devices, printers, and computer equipment, following established procedures.

You will provide basic hardware and software support, document issues, and interact with NASA customers to ensure a positive service experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
4 years of IT support experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience providing technical support for Windows and macOS.

Responsibilities

Assist with setup and delivery of end-user services (mobile devices, printers, computer equipment).
Provide basic technical support for end-user hardware, software, and device issues; escalate as needed.
Interacting with NASA customers and contractors to provide information and assistance with NEST services.
Perform initial identification and basic troubleshooting of system issues following procedures; escalate unresolved problems.
Document, track, and escalate third-party software and network-related issues to appropriate teams.
Support fulfillment of end-user hardware and software requests with proper documentation.
