Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, or related discipline from ABET accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification and strong Windows OS knowledge are required.
• Must be detail‑oriented, analytical, a team player, and able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written, is essential.
• Physically able to lift/move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Cyber and external IT teams in network administration and inventory management.
• Maintain infrastructure and firewalls, manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Facilitate network scans, provide technical support to end users, and document procedures for compliance.
• Assist with maintenance and enhancements of existing IT efforts and stand‑alone applications.
