Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is hiring entry-level Electronics Test and Assembly Technicians for a direct-hire role in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will test, assemble, and inspect advanced radio communication products, following precise procedures and documenting results in company systems.

Position requires a High School diploma or GED, with training provided in Los Angeles prior to transferring to the Salt Lake City facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Test sensitive electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• Complete final assembly and inspection of radio communication products.
• Perform system and production quality-control testing.
• Enter data into computer systems and generate daily reports.
• Follow detailed work instructions and testing procedures.
• Escalate product or process concerns to leadership or engineering.
