Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Production Technician I to join our Salt Lake City team. This role involves testing electronic assemblies and PCBs, performing final assembly and QA testing, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Training in Los Angeles is provided, with opportunities for advancement within a collaborative environment.

The position offers a daytime shift, on-site work, and pay based on education level, starting at $18.75/hour with HS Diploma or GED and $20.75/hour with Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree increases starting pay.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move throughout production areas.
• Willingness to train in Los Angeles, CA (6–8 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Test sensitive electronic assemblies and PCBs for quality and function.
• Complete final assembly and inspection of advanced radio communication products.
• Perform system and production quality-control testing.
• Use precision hand tools and follow SOPs.
• Enter assembly and testing data into Oracle, Excel, and Google Workspace.
