Job summary

Kelly is hiring Electronics Quality Technicians I for a brand-new Salt Lake City facility. You will inspect, test, and support production of advanced radio technology built for reliability in challenging environments.

The role includes a six-to-eight week LA training period, followed by on-site work in Salt Lake City. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and readiness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred IPC J-STD-001 certification or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and functional inspections of PCB assemblies.
• Inspect PCB assemblies under magnification per IPC J-STD-001 and workmanship requirements.
• Document inspection results and test data for traceability.
• Assist with soldering, desoldering, and rework of through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Enter inspection and production information into computer systems (Oracle, Excel, Google Workspace).
• Support quality investigations, corrective actions, and continuous-improvement activities.
