Kelly is hiring entry-level Electronics Test and Assembly Technicians for a direct-hire role at a new Salt Lake City facility in Utah. The job involves testing, assembling, inspecting advanced radio communication hardware, and documenting results.

Training begins with about two weeks in Los Angeles before transitioning to Salt Lake City. The role targets individuals with a high school diploma or GED, strong manual dexterity, and a passion for electronics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Interest in electronics, computers, and technology
• Comfort using computers and learning new software
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written work instructions and testing procedures
• Willingness to work in a team and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Test sensitive electronic assemblies and PCBs
• Complete final assembly and inspection of radio communication products
• Perform system and production quality-control testing
• Use precision hand tools including tweezers and torque wrenches
• Follow detailed work instructions and testing procedures
• Enter data into computer systems and document results
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and support process improvements
