Lockheed Martin is seeking an entry-level Electronic Packaging Engineer for the Westford, MA site. You will contribute to hardware development for missile and radar electronics and provide packaging support across programs.

Collaboration with hardware, systems, and circuit designers is essential to drive design from concept to production. The role requires cross-functional coordination, hands-on design activities, and adherence to government security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient with CAD tools and GD&T.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with mechanical drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and design components, equipment, and networks for military applications.
• Design and develop hardware and products to support contracts, including technical refresh and production.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers.
• Develop Cable Harness and/or Mechanical fixtures for Military Electronic Assemblies and test equipment.
• Work with technicians and manufacturing to ensure successful design and development.
