Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and an associate's degree in a related field required.
• 4 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Ability to install, assemble, wire, troubleshoot, and maintain production and facility equipment with mechanical and electrical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, wire, and maintain new production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.
• Perform simple machinist duties and varied skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform installs and maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust.`
• Regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
• Wire and test high and low voltage control panels.
• Comply with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Use hand and power tools and meters in performing duties.
• Must be a US citizen and BATFE approved.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
