Jacobs is seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to help design and document electrical systems for steel, aluminum, and other industrial facilities.

You will develop expertise in power distribution, grounding, lighting, and motor loads while sizing cables and selecting equipment under mentoring, with opportunities to contribute from concept through construction and commissioning.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• EIT or pursuit of professional licensure preferred.
• Masters in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong analytical skills.
• Interest in buildings and construction, and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Mansioni

• Produce single lines diagrams, electric room layouts, wiring methods, and cable schedules.
• Size and select cables, over current devices, transformers, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with other disciplines from concept through construction and commissioning.
• Support project planning, design requirements, and construction documents.
