Job summary

RTX’s Advanced Effector Guidance Systems department in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry-level electrical engineering graduate to join the lab and engineering teams. You will troubleshoot electronics, perform circuit analysis, and help with integration and test of subsystems.

You will work with RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal design, and use test equipment such as oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, and power meter. Travel less than 10% and lifting 15 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with less than 2 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronics in lab or production environment and perform system and circuit level analysis.
• Support failure investigations and corrective actions; maintain and create documentation.
• Perform integration/test at subassembly level and develop interconnect models.
