Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking entry‑level electrical engineers to troubleshoot electronics, perform circuit analysis, and support integration and test of subsystems. You will work with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design, write test procedures, and investigate root causes with cross‑functional teams.

The role involves developing interconnect models, documenting results, and occasional travel to test areas. A bachelor’s degree in EE or related STEM is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.
• Experience with writing and/or executing test procedures.
• Basic lab experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronics in a lab or production environment and perform system and circuit level analysis.
• Support failure investigations, maintain documentation, and interact with multi-discipline teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware and process issues to CCA and component levels.
• Perform analog and digital circuit analysis and model electrical signals.
• Identify circuit card and subassembly design updates and conduct integration/test.
• Develop interconnect models between subsystems and generate test procedures.
