Job summary

RTX is seeking entry-level candidates for the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) Department to develop, troubleshoot, and test electrical subsystems in lab and production environments.

You will collaborate with engineers to analyze circuits, perform tests, and document results; travel up to 10%, lift 15 lbs, and you must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major and <2 years of prior experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues in lab or production environments.
• Performing system and circuit-level analysis.
• Subsystem integration and test; supporting failure investigations.
• Maintaining and creating documentation; interfacing with multi-discipline groups.
