Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo Tech to perform diagnostic cardiac/vascular exams under the direction of a physician for identification of abnormalities leading to patient diagnosis. This position is designed for recent graduates or those new to the field with minimal experience.

Qualifications

• ARDMS/CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography required or preferred.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred from accredited institution.

Responsabilités

• Perform ultrasound exams under physician direction.
• Prioritize and schedule echocardiography exams.
• Coordinate exams with medical staff and patients.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment and technique.
• Document exam results and charge codes as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
