Brightway Living & Learning seeks an Overnight Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Shifts are overnight (Thu, Fri 9p-7a; Sat 9p-9a), totaling about 32 hours weekly, in Plainview, NY. A valid NYS Driver's License and completion of the transportation orientation are required.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living & Learning Transportation Orientation.
