Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and web-based software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and balance competing demands.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills with cross-functional work.
• Problem-solving abilities and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Enter new load orders and shipment information into proprietary web-based software with accuracy.
• Conduct proactive check calls to track and trace drivers and update customers.
• Coordinate internal communications with drivers for proper documentation and timely updates.
• Monitor freight movement across tracking platforms and notify customers of delays.
• Collect, organize, and maintain shipment documentation for accessibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to resolve customer issues and optimize operations.
• Maintain consistent outbound call volume while ensuring quality interactions.
• Respond to driver inquiries and customer concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Balance multiple tasks and maintain organization to meet daily goals.
• Contribute to process improvements by suggesting freight brokerage best practices.
