Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation (MMTC) seeks an entry-level Draws Coordinator to join the Draws Department in Denver or Tampa. The role focuses on processing construction loan draws, coordinating with inspectors, borrowers, and contractors, and ensuring timely fund disbursements tied to project progress.

In-office schedule required, minimum 3 days per week (5 preferred). This position builds a foundation in loan servicing within a growing team that values accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in draws processing and borrower services.
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing or construction lending is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and credit review required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming draw requests and data entry.
• Communicate with borrowers and contractors by phone and email.
• Review and organize draw packages and lien waivers.
• Track multiple loans and draw requests in a shared queue.
• Coordinate with inspection reviewers and disbursement staff.
• Maintain audit-ready records in the servicing system.
• Escalate exceptions to senior staff.
