Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Construction Administration Coordinator to streamline workflows within the Construction Administration team. You will coordinate with leadership to ensure LMCU standards are met and promoted, while eliminating secondary functions from Draw Specialists and supporting Builder Activation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related mortgage administration experience.
• Experience with mortgage servicing systems MSP, Core Banking System, LoanQuest and OnBase preferred.
• Knowledge of construction documentation, construction loan and industry terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Builder Activation processes and update builder profiles in loan origination software.
• Maintain loan origination and servicing systems; respond to department calls and inquiries.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-train with team members to support department goals and mitigate risks.
