Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced professional to manage construction draw funding in a mortgage warehouse lending environment. You will review initial packages, verify required docs, and collaborate with clients to resolve complex funding issues.

Responsibilities include inspecting photos, reconciling percent complete with funded-to-date, and calculating eligible advances. You will escalate gaps to PMs and RM and contribute to process improvements to reduce risk and improve turnaround time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage warehouse lending or related draw funding role.
• Experience reviewing 1003s, appraisals, closing disclosures, draw requests, inspections, and CO/Completion docs.
• Ability to validate inspection percent complete and reconcile funded-to-date against remaining to complete.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review initial construction packages.
• Ensure required documentation is obtained for each draw request.
• Work with clients to resolve complex documentation or funding issues.
• Collect and assess inspection photos, reconcile percent complete to funded-to-date.
• Calculate eligible advances for each construction draw.
• Monitor documentation gaps and escalate to PM and RM as needed.
• Partner with PMs, RMs, Operations and clients’ funding teams to resolve gaps.
• Contribute to procedures and controls to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
