Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking an Entry level Communication Specialist in Mesa, AZ to support donor fundraising programs. You will use a scripted approach to contact donors, work with 4–8 clients daily, and aim to secure financial gifts for client campaigns.

Training is provided and you may transition to work-from-home after establishing yourself in the call center; opportunities exist for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or long-term stable work history.
• Commitment to charitable/non-profit causes.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with donor scripts.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and join one of four MDS Teams.
• Call 4–8 different clients over an 8-hour day with predictable dialing.
• Engage donors with a positive, scripted message and secure gifts.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics.
