MDS Communications is seeking Entry-level Call Center Representatives in Mesa, AZ 85210. You will participate in donor outreach, follow scripts, and contribute to fundraising campaigns for national nonprofits.

Receive training, work on multiple client campaigns, and aim to secure charitable gifts while meeting productivity metrics. Benefits include health insurance eligibility after 2 months and paid time off, with potential to transition to home-based work after proven performance.

Competenze

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability
• Basic computer skills
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes
• A willingness to learn and persistence

Mansioni

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of four MDS teams that calls on behalf of a set of clients.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over an 8 hour day, using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner using a scripted approach.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
