MDS Communications is hiring Entry level Call Center Representatives in Mesa, AZ. You will participate in donor calling programs for multiple non-profit clients, using scripted conversations to secure donations and support causes you care about.

This role includes training, team assignments, and opportunities for advancement. The position offers hourly pay and potential bonuses, with benefits such as paid breaks and health insurance eligibility after a short period.

Formación

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes.

Responsabilidades

• Receive in-depth training and join one of four MDS teams.
• Call 4–8 clients over an 8-hour day with a predictive dialing system.
• Engage donors and prospects in a positive, scripted manner to secure gifts.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics.
