Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to support TTWCS, joining a diverse team of engineers and government personnel.

You will develop system designs, requirements, and interfaces, applying MBSE methods to deliver engineering tasks and participate in IPTs and meetings. Ideal candidates have DoD program exposure or related experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, and can communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, science, or technical field is required.
• Strong MBSE understanding and ability to apply methods.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Determine impacts on weapon system, requirements, and design specs during development.
• Review and create requirements at multiple levels for weapon system capability and functionality.
• Develop changes to engineer new capabilities and document design details.
• Review and develop system architectures using modeling tools.
• Provide human factors engineering for UI requirements and specs.
• Adjudicate comments on external interface documents and create change requests.
• Contribute to IPT meetings, ERBs, DRBs, CRBs, and IWG with package development and reviews.
• Attend weekly team meetings and prepare technical summaries for stakeholders.
