Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year related work experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Strong keyboarding (at least 35 wpm) and 10-key skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes all duties related to the full life cycle of documents (entry, evaluation, assignment, exit).
• Distributes documents using location codes, PO boxes and business units.
• Sorts and prepares mail for scanning; removes staples and clips.
• Stamps and places patch pages appropriately.
• Operates high speed scanners and transfers documents to digital format.
• Performs indexing by identifying attributes like policy or agency numbers.
• Identifies and destroys confidential documents per shredding procedures.
• Meets production standards as set by leadership to maintain quality.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
