Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist to join our Operations team in Cerritos, CA. The role focuses on high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals, initiating the imaging process and advancing conversion objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong English reading/writing skills, the ability to work independently, andPhysical力 capability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge: Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and demonstrated understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy.
Core Competencies: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Work Style: A proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, and acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments.
Education/Certification: Minimum business expertise is required.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibility: Perform accurate document preparation, including sorting and removing staples, and scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images.
Collaboration: Adhere to Imaging Center procedures, follow production procedures, and communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarification predominantly with Imaging Center personnel and management.
Compliance: Maintain record order and sequence, ensure a clean work environment, and complete all required internal documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.
