Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all will call customers and ensures their orders are completed expeditiously.
• Ensure all logs including driver, visitor, and customer are completed and filed according to policy; ensure completion of all Bills of Lading in accordance with regulatory agency and company policies.
• Respond to all customer requests in order to ensure highest level of customer service.
• Document inbound schedule and ensures regulatory and compliance logs are completed and filed per policy.
• Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment and security of all employees.
• Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality.
